I was thought before 6 years when seen  rare requirement  of HRDepartment and concerned post  in all industries. That time I was  decided for  further study of PGDHRM. I  am late due to some social problems. But  now I am happy to fulfill my desire with new career .

 

After joining somewhere with new career again will be start further study of MBA.

I identified some element through my long experience in hospital industry. We should be take steps, 

 

For betterment of employee and higher productivity of organization.

 

Management need to put efforts to identify the job interest and job dissatisfaction of employee.

 

·         We should be decrease turnover of employees.

·         We should be identify  conflict, stress level of employees those are effect on performance of employees . In some case conflict and stress arise from following causes.

 

(a)   Due to salary difference  : between new hires and senior/older staffs,  if we hire new employees with high salary then problems arise from senior staffs who feel partiality. And starting internal quarrel between new hire and senior through indirect ways.

 

(b)  Job dissatisfaction of new hires/junior staff : Due to  less support, fairly relationship, discrimination , harassment  from  senior/older staffs.  Unsatisfied with co-workers so feel stress, loneliness.

 

(c)  Job dissatisfaction of senior/older staff: Due to salary, seniority, higher expectation from co-workers/colleague/junior/organization.

 

·          A regular cross-functional interaction helps in direct understanding of work expectations, immediate resolution of  conflicts, understanding examine work culture and building a friendship  and healthy relationship between colleagues and multiple levels’

 

·         We should be adopting new trend, hires a new staffs through Referrals from current employees, Through employees referrals. Our employees are a good source, as they  would know their peers in the market who would have the required skills or experience. Internal referees know the requirements of the organization, the skills required for the positions  and strengths of referred candidates, which in turn, help us, acquire quality talent that fits in with our culture.

 

·         place open positions on Company Intranet, Job Sites, Headhunters etc.

         We should be adopting fair and transparent performance based appraisal system to ensure their job security for better employee motivation and productivity.

 

·         If  we wants a workforce achieve the goal of organization. Then we should be identify  some element of conflict level, stress level, job satisfaction and dissatisfaction  of workforce because those are effected  of performance of workforce so if performance level norms are high so productivity  is high and result growth of organization.

 

      A Happy employee is a productive employee:

 

      No, anyone can be happy at work, and they should be, because happy

       companies have:

·         Higher productivity – Happy people achieve bester results.

·         Higher quality – because happy  employees  care about quality.

·         Lower absenteeism – people actually  want to go to work.

·         Less stress and burnout – happy people are less prone to stress.

·         The best people – people want to work for happy companies.

·         Higher sales – happy  people are the best salespeople.

·         Higher customer satisfaction – happy employees are the best basis for good service.

·         More creativity and innovation – happy people are more creative.

·         More adaptability – happy people are much more adaptive and open to change.

·         Better stock performance and higher profits – for all of the above reasons.

Simply put :  Happy companies are more efficient and make more money. And they make people happy, which is of course a  goal in itself. And happiness at work is not rocket science. It doesn’t come on its own and every organization, leader, manager and employee should be involved increasing a happy workplace.
